This cozy farm cottage has central heat/AC and recently installed UV air cleaner for your safety and convenience, and includes a fully equipped farm kitchen, den, living room, 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds a fully heated/cooled, full privacy sleeping porch/sun room with two twin beds. Linens are provided. We recommend guests bring their own pillows for sanitation reasons. Complimentary breakfast fixin's including fresh-picked eggs and homemade jam. Shenandoah National Park, the Early Mt. Winery are both approx 3.5 mi. away. Bald Top Brewery is nearby as is the Bavarian Chef Restaurant. Charlottesville, Culpeper and Orange are all within 30 minute drives. Guests enjoy lounging in the sun room, watching shooting stars by the fire pit, cooking on the grill and short walks down country roads. Plenty of space for groups up to 6.
The Cottage is also 20 minutes from Woodberry Forest School. We can accommodate up to 12 people in our 2 guest houses; The Farm Cottage and Over Yonder, a short jog down the same driveway.
