The circa 1915 cottage features one large bedroom, one bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room.
Sleeping arrangements are 2 queen size beds/bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Sheets and blankets are provided.
There is a propane gas heater for added coziness on chilly nights. Cable TV, DVD, and WIFI are provided.
There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower.
During the lavender season, mid-May to early July, the farm is open to the public and guests are invited to enjoy the lavender fields, flower gardens, or pick from the vegetable garden to add to their meals. The Norfolk and Southern train line travels through Evergreen and runs several times a day/night. We love having the train in our community; it brings a nostalgic feel. Children are welcome, but supervision is necessary with a pond located in the back of the property, an active RR track across the road, and farm animals.
