Arts Enter Cape Charles provides Northampton and Accomack Counties with Fine and Performing Arts teaching and performances. It is a non-profit organization with headquarters at the Historic Palace Theatre in Cape Charles, a 1940's art deco Theatre with 400 person capacity. Arts Enter provides teaching in dance, drama, piano, guitar, scultpture, water colors, pottery, oils and singing. The range of performances include Opera, Smymphonies, Orchestras, Original Plays and Musicals. Each month, Arts Enter provides special Art Salons which showcase artists works through a lecture series. Also, a free movie is shown on the big screen each month. Operating under Arts Enter are two stores; The Stage Door Gallery and 2 Doors Down, one an art gallery, the other a costume and dance supplies store.
