Jamestown Settlement will mark the 414th anniversary of the founding of America's first permanent English settlement on Saturday, May 8, with interpretive programs on Powhatan and English interactions, military and maritime displays, and family-friendly activities. Visitors can tour expansive gallery exhibits and films to learn about Jamestown's founding in 1607 and the convergence of Virginia Indian, European and West Central Africans in the 17th century.
Event activities adapted to meet protective safety protocols and social-distancing procedures.
Jamestown Settlement admission is $18.00 for adults and $9.00 (ages 6-12). Children under 6 are free. A combination ticket is available with the American Revolution Museum at Yorktown. Parking is free.
